Tickets for Haynes Motor Museum can be purchased in two ways:
Online (Recommended): Visit our ticket page to book in advance. If you book by midnight the day before your visit, you will save 10% on the standard entry price.
At the Museum: Tickets are available for purchase on the day at our Main Reception desk. Please note that "on the day" tickets are charged at the full rate.
All individual tickets (excluding groups and events) include an Annual Pass at no extra cost, allowing you to return as many times as you like for 12 months.

As we are a Gift Aid registered charity, when you pay our standard admission price, your ticket is automatically upgraded to an Annual Pass at no extra cost. This allows you unlimited return visits for 12 months from the date of issue during normal public opening hours.
Please note that Annual Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser (proof of identity may be requested on return). Note: This upgrade does not apply to free Carer tickets or certain special event tickets.

No, we offer a free Carer Ticket for any visitor who requires an essential companion to facilitate their visit. Carer tickets can be booked online or on the day of your visit at the Museum Reception.
Carer tickets cannot be used without being accompanied by the visitor with additional needs. For those persons that may require multiple personal assistants, prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Museum Reception.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend on the day your ticket has been booked, please call us on 01963 440804 and we can change the date of your booking for you.
Yes, we have a designated outdoor play areas where kids can enjoy our motoring-themed playground and drive coin-operated go-karts. Indoor activities include a Scalextric track and RC Racing, perfect for a rainy day! These facilities are designed to keep younger visitors entertained throughout your visit.

There is an outside area which can be used for picnics. Please note that the Café seating area will only be available for Café customers as there is limited seating available.
You are welcome to take photographs during your visit which are taken for your personal use. Commercial photography is not permitted without prior arrangement, please contact us on 01963 440804 to find out more. Please feel free to share your photographs on social media and tag us in your posts.
Assistance Dogs are allowed in all internal and external areas of the Museum. Pet dogs are not allowed inside Museum buildings or in the play area, but are welcome in our outdoor event spaces like the car parks and outside Cafe 750.
Where possible, dog owners should bring their Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF) identification book. Your dog should wear an appropriate tabard or harness, but this is not a requirement for entry.
You'll find water bowls for dogs on the decking outside Cafe 750. If you need additional water, please ask the team in the Cafe or at Reception.
All external waste bins can accommodate general litter and bagged dog waste.
There is very limited shade in the Museum's car parks, but there are two small shaded areas outside Cafe 750.
Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time.
No, Haynes Motor Museum is not currently part of the Blue Peter Badge attraction partner scheme, and we cannot offer free entry for badge holders. However, we do offer a 10% discount when you book your tickets online at least 24 hours in advance, and all children under 4 visit for free.
As a registered charity we can claim 25p for every £1 you spend on Museum entry at no extra cost to you, if you are a registered tax payer. Money raised from Gift Aid goes towards preserving our historic collection and educating future generations about the history of motoring.
This is because we are a charity and your payment will give you and your family entry to the Museum for a year.
Your details are only passed onto HM Revenue and Customs and only for the purpose of Gift Aid admission. You may receive emails from us if you are signed up to our Marketing emails.
